I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant a few years ago on a short DC trip with my girlfriend. If memory serves me right I believe we had crab cake, papas rellenos, pork chops and a fish dish. It was definitely delishous. as a chef it's always interesting to see the techniques and use of ingredients. At the time, I thought this place unsual for DC but now that I understand the make up of that city a little better since the inarguration, it seems to fit in quite comfortably.
