Welcome LATINA Magazine Readers. Bienvenidos Lectores de ‘LATINA’

Latinaimage 01 Welcome LATINA Magazine Readers. Bienvenidos Lectores de LATINA

If you’ve not heard or read, I just recently signed on as LATINA Magazine’s Food Columnist. How exciting is that?!

To that end, les quiero dar la bienvenida a los que han llegado aquí a través de LATINA (I want to welcome all of my new readers that have found their way here through LATINA.) If you are reading the magazine online (or in print), I hope you will visit their site cada Martes for a special read on “Flanboyant Eats with Bren,” where we’ll chit chat about the food we all grew up eating, love to make at home or want to learn more about! I’m here to engage you, teach you, entice you to get back into the kitchen and most of all, share with you our common roots!

Oh wait, and get your  SEXY ON, while you’re doing it!

In between Tuesdays, feel free to come by here for tons of other stuff, incluyendo otros tipos de comida, mas  recetas, travel stories, “how-to’s” and plain ol’ fun(and under pressure) on my culinary musings, in and out of  the kitchen! Lord knows there are plenty of them, all in my baddest stiletto!

I hope you enjoyed the 1st post on LATINA.com, which went up last Wednesday and can be read here and yesterday’s post on sofrito, the basis of ALL Cuban and Latin food (but, we all know that, verdad?). The sofrito post was a big hit, so I hope that means you’re enjoying so far what I have to share con ustedes. This is just the beginning of many, many more write-ups to come and hopefully in the near future we’ll be rolling out more content, including video!!

For my regular readers, thanks for your continued support! I hope you too, will visit LATINA.com every Tuesday for a some fun stuff! I’ll always start the column here with a paragraph and then lead you right on over to the faB revista! As I mentioned before, it’s all in English, so you are not a stranger over there! Plus, after you’ve finished reading my Column, make it over to Entertainment or News sections to see what the J.Lo’s, Zoe Saldaña’s, Ricky Martin’s, Cameron Diaz’s, Christina Aguilera’s, Marc Anthony’s and the likes, are up to! Oh wait, and Sotomayor, our 1st Latin Supreme Court Justice!

Buen Provecho!
