I am so compelled to right about this flan right here!! I had the pleasure of tasting the mint chocolate flan last night at our dinner party and it was even better tasting then it sounds! I would have never thought putting these ingredients into a flan but the texture was perfect, the taste was phenomenal, and the presentation was spectacular!! Instant Classic without a doubt!!  Bren, You sure you don't want to share that recipe!! **Hint, Hint, Wink-Wink** Okay!! I am so compelled to right about this flan right here!!
