This was a fun segment showing Dave how to have my fix, Cuban espresso in the morning; and later in the evening as espresso ‘tinis!! Featured a new loose leaf tea company, Village Tea Co and shared some great Earl Gray for breakfast and orange ginger as iced. Enjoy!

“Daytime” TV Talk Show: Red Snapper Escoviche Recipe 7.13.09

2nd on-air segment on nationally syndicated talk show “Daytime.” This time I make a really good and simple Jamaican style red snapper escoviche with host Dave Nemeth! Check out how we love playing with the dead, but whole fish! The dish was great and some one on set ate the entire fish, leaving nothing but skinny bones!

On air cooking segment from May 29, 2009, on syndicated show where I made lemon almond flan. Live tapings are always fun, but sure do leave room for error! Note how we didn’t have time to fully caramelize the sugar! I really wanted you all to see that process as it’s what give flan that cognac color. Either way, it was delish and the entire crew devoured it! Take a bite!
